< Read it before the first order >

< How can I order >

Before checking out, we suggest you apply for the member,
the order list can be checked very conveniently.

A system email which has a link for inquiring your order 
sends to your email address after checking out,
"List message" also can be used to leave messages to us. 

< when will I receive a notification >

An email which topic is "thank you for your order" will be sent to you after your order is finished,
there is an "order link" inside so that you can contact  me by "Shop and Customer Comments",
please leave messages here if you have any question.

If payment is successful,you could see "Payment Status : Paid " in your order detail.
At last,you will get an email named "Delivery status is updated to: Shipped" , and you can check your package by tracking number.
If there is no any email after you purchasing (and also couldn't find it in spam mail box), it is possible you left a wrong email address.

< Payment >

・Credit cards(ECPay):Both domestic/overseas cards can be used.
・Paypal(plus 6% as a service fee):Only overseas credit cards can be used.

Notice : please keep the check-out site before checking out,
if this situation happen, please reorder again,We'll cancel the former one.

< Lead time >

Merchandises in stock will be delivered within 3 weekdays (besides preorder-products),
we'll notice contact  with you if any merchandise is out of stock.
Please provide your following information : name / phone number / address with postal code

<Shipping time>

/ Taiwan /
Postal registered package : about 1-2 weekdays
FamilyMart/7-ELEVEN store pick-up : about 2-3 days (we don't have the cash-on-delivery service for now)

/ Overseas /
Postal registered package : about 7-21 weekdays
Customer in China / Hong Kong or Macau please choose S.F. Express , it takes about 2-7 weekdays
Customer in the other countries only can choose postal registered package.

Business/delivery days : every Mon. - Fri.
